Three-day series of events focuses on new solutions and trends in the UCC space and is first of its kind.

Eatontown, NJ (February 20, 2019) Yorktel today announced the company is sponsoring and participating in Collaboration Week NY, a three day event developed by the Interactive Multimedia & Collaborative Communications Alliance (IMCCA) to take attendees to actual end user and manufacturer sites to see first-hand how today’s UCC solutions are being utilized. The event kicks off on Monday, February 25th at 8:00 am and will run through Wednesday, February 27th.  Throughout the three days there will be on-site panel discussions on relevant industry topics such as “Collaboration as Part of Digital Transformation”, “Managing an Enterprise Collaboration Environment”, “Driving ROI in the Real World”, and many more.  The events will be held on-site at a variety of end-user and manufacturer locations throughout the city.  A complete agenda can be found here.

On Monday, February 25th at 5:30 pm, the IMCCA will host a Gala Opening Dinner and awards presentation at Arno Ristorante in New York city.  After the dinner there will be a panel discussion on the state of the industry, in which Yorktel’s COO Michael Brandofino will participate.  On Wednesday, February 27th at 2:45 pm, Alyssia Walowski, one of Yorktel’s Microsoft experts, will participate in a panel discussion around the “do’s and don’ts” of rolling out and using Microsoft’s Teams platform.  The session will be moderated by David Maldow of Let’s Do Video.

“People want to stay abreast of the latest developments in Digital Workforce Transformation and to understand how collaboration plays into this new way of working,” commented Carol Zelkin, Executive Director, IMCCA.  “Collaboration Week NY will be an innovative and informative event designed to provide valuable insight into how to craft collaborative solutions across a broad range of applications.  The support of organizations such as Yorktel and our other sponsors is key to the success of this inaugural event, and very much appreciated.”

“We are extremely pleased to be part of this new program,” commented Ken Scaturro, Chief Revenue Officer, Yorktel.  “Collaboration Week NY is an opportunity to give people a more intimate, one-on-one way of learning about the latest trends in the digital workplace and to see first hand how companies are collaborating and communicating.  We look forward to participating throughout the week.”

With the exception of the Gala Dinner on Monday evening, all of the events are free to attendees, but advance registration is required.  Click here to register for any of the events being held throughout the week.
